Ingredients:
2 lbs beef, thin slices
10 pcs calamansi
2 cups soysauce
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper
Procedures:
1. Marinade the beef in soysauce and calamansi for 3 hours or more.
2. Fry the beef until cook and set aside the marinade sauce.
3. Add the onion on the beef until translucent
4. Put the marinade sauce on the pan and bring to boil.
5. Add 1/2 cup water
6. Add salt and pepper to taste
