Recipe #015: Shrimp with Oyster Sauce


Ingredients:
1/2 kilo shrimp
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp butter
5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sugar
chili (optional)
salt and pepper

Procedure:
1. Put the cooking oil in a hot pan and saute the minced garlic.
2. Add shrimp and wait until half cook.
3. Add the butter and oyster sauce, let it simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Add the sugar and mix it well.  Let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
